  1. I’d give ’em a shot, see how they tatse. I’ve eaten calves’ brains w/ creamed spinach, tripe (after 24 hours of cooking, haggis as well as various animal livers, heart and kidneys. Beef tongue was one that I really didn’t like, while liver is one of my faves (w/ onion and bacon over rice).
