Official Google Blog: Search and find magazines on Google Book Search
Today, we’re announcing an initiative to help bring more magazine archives and current magazines online, partnering with publishers to begin digitizing millions of articles from titles as diverse as New York Magazine, Popular Mechanics, and Ebony.
This is awesome, if only because they have Popular Science up there, which is an awesome magazine. The older ones were so full of hope, and that sense of wonder and enthusiasim never died off. Too bad I can’t figure out a way to subscribe to the google print version, that would be super awesome.

Gawd, we get so many mags:
Pop-Sci, Scientific American, CPU, Gameinformer, Tiger Direct, Think Geek, The New Yorker, Iron Horse, and AMT. I’m prolly missing 1 or 2.
I just can’t bring myself to pay for magazines that 50% of their content is advertising that’s paid for, and half of the remaining content is unpaid advertising for other products about to come out. This is why I dumped my Maxim subscription, it was 99% consumer crap.
