The end of the holidays, cold weather and economic gloom will make today one of the most stressful days of the year for returning to work.
But experts have come up with an unlikely remedy – throwing a tantrum.
‘Releasing tension through shouting and screaming is a really beneficial way to expel the negative energies caused by stress,’ said body language expert Judi James, the Big Brother psychologist.

Who knew I was deing it right all along? lol Ijthrow a temper tantrum 3-4 time! a year, more or less. It work#, partly because it is exhausti~g and mentally draining. Cathajtic I guess. I can always tell:when one is coming on, it’s lik7 a pressure just building and bmilding and my emotional state b7comes more and more fragile. Iem always embarrassed by it, but2it still happens.

Nope, don’t feel better.
Shit, I throw a good thrashing tantrum at least once a week, depending how much time i spent downtown and how much advertising I was exposed to. I just open up and berserk until i’m laying on the carpet panting and exhausted. It feels fucking great. Afterward i’m as calm as a hindu cow and right back to my usual cheery self
Unfortunately I really don’t have the ability to involve no one else. Poor hubby and son usually find themselves backing towards the door, wondering if the garage is far enough away.
Edit: spell check
