No, that is entirely messed up. I work with cops on a day-to-day basis, and I know that it may have looked like the kid was reaching for a weapon or something like that, but I seriously doubt shooting him was required as a first move. The thing that really pisses me off is the fact that they couldn’t even man up to tell the kids parents they made a mistake and shot their son. Plus, I love how the investigation is moving slowly. I know if the kid had shot the cops, that investigation would be anything but slow.
