California corrections officials released a photograph taken today of aging convicted mass murderer Charles Manson, replete with receding hairline, fading forehead Swastika carving and a thick, heavily graying beard.

The photograph of the 74-year-old cult leader was taken at Corcoran State Prison, where he is serving a life sentence and is part of periodic updates of inmate images by prison officials, said Terry Thornton, a spokeswoman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

Aw, he reminds me of an old uncle that only comes over to see your mother when your dad is at work.

  1. I always was so intrigued by Manson, Wonder if he leads a gang or a cult within the prison.

Caught a bit of a program the a while back about a reporter that had some dealing with Manson, and during a interview with him in jail Manson asked the reporter if he was harmless in jail the reporter responed with a yes type answer and following at another meeting with Manson in jail received a detailed map of his home.

    I would believe it.

  2. Manson lives in his own head and nowhere else. He’s completely egocentric and thinks he controls his situation. That worked when he was younger and his following was incredibly naive. Now that we know him, he has no power and/or authority.
