“The students who may have seen the DVD were spoken with and their parents were contacted prior to the end of the school day yesterday. The physical and emotional safety of every student is of great importance to us at East High School and we will continue to work to provide the most effective learning environment for every young person,”

Trust me, no matter what was on that dvd, those kids have likely seen much much more graphic images elsewhere in their lives.

Also, since when was viewing porn something that would endanger kid’s physical safety?

  1. Might have seen a few seconds of porn? 6 kids? OMG! I’d like to know how that got on the puter to begin w/. LOL Someone’s gonna be in trooouuubbbllle. Also, that article was written horribly.

  2. I’m sorry but porn does have a very big impact on uneducated children. because uneducated kids who watch porn allot automatically think that that how real sex is. which is not true so in which when they experience real sex for the first time they expect like in porn and when they don’t get what they expect it goes all downhill from that. there has been a research on this. have to google it to prove but am not shitting.

  3. @ColombianMonkey: A few seconds. They saw nothing that would influence them. Get a grip. These were high school students, 14+. If children (and adults) are so sexually uneducated, that is not the fault of porn movies. The answer is not We must protect the physical safety of our children because they kinda sorta maybe saw a little sumethin sumthin.

  4. If you think about it…Consider what these same kids are dealing w/ now. They likely don’t even know what they weren’t supposed to see and now all the adults are freaking out. Which do you think causes more psychological damage?

  5. escuse me, I forgot to mention i meant no relation to these kids. but you have proven some valid points. thus my vision does change a little. I would have to say the parents cause more in that case. makes the kid go paranoid lol. it’s a sad story i know.
