The average length of time a person can last is 12-20 seconds Mancow lasted 6 seconds. He knew what was coming. He knew it would end. He knew it was simulated. Yet still, he called it torture. Yet still, he said he would have told them whatever they wanted to hear. All of this he says, when he had been a proponent of water-boarding and thought it would be a “piece of cake”.
