P.S. Here’s the message you tried to send:
P.S. You received this message because Amazon.com received the following message:

What was this address that they couldn’t deliver to?  custserv@amazon.com.  That’s right, you can’t reply to customer service in an email when you want to talk to Amazon, you have to go through their 1990’s era email form on their own Geocities website.

“Earth’s Most Customer-Centric Company” is utter bullshit.  Until they join the rest of us in being able to answer reply emails, they get a negative mark in my book. Don’t even get me started on the repeated lines towards the end there.  It is so mind numbingly frustrating to have to jump through their hoops to get an answer from them.
Also, they’re solution to having the wrong shipping address?  To cancel every order that I have in limbo right now.  Thanks guys.

  1. My girlfriend has had a couple of problems w/ amazon and addresses, but so far (knockonwood), I haven’t. Since most of my gift giving is from amazon, I hope I don’t start having problems now. I ordered 4 books for myself on Friday and go all 4 books on Tuesday (on their 5-9 day free shipping). Most of my delivery problems stem from the fact that my address apparently doesn’t exist, according to UPS.

    Edit: *doesn’t exist

    1. they keep telling me that the address that I’m shipping to is incorrect, and start changing it all around, adn I’m like NO. NO YOU ARE WRONG.

and then they say that it’s the first time that I’ve shipped to that address, when, no, I’ve been doing it for 4 years now.
