I know the fed gov is already looking into whether or not this is constitutional. I suspect…not.
The way I see it, if you’re going to all the effort of breaking into the U.S., why settle for Arizona? There’s nothing cool in Arizona.
According to this law we aren’t all equal. Definitely not constitutional.
