The Horde, or just La Horde in French, is set on the outskirts of Paris. In order to avenge the murder of one of their own by a gang of ruthless gangsters, four corrupt cops go on a rampage inside a condemned building which serves as the mobsters’ hideout. Trapped on the roof, the officers are about to be executed when the unimaginable occurs: hordes of bloodthirsty, cannibalistic undead creatures invade the building, savagely attacking everyone. Unexpected alliances are made when their lives are threatened by the unthinkable. The Horde is written/directed by first-time filmmakers Yannick Dahan & Benjamin Rocher and was released in France last year. IFC Films is debuting The Horde via On-Demand (it’s available now) so check on your TV.

I’m watching it right now, it’s amazing.
Yeah? I’ll check Netflix.
Aw yeah. Try to watch it in French if it’s possible though, that’s what I did and now the dubbed trailer seems like a bad joke.
Netflix is good about using subtitles rather than dubbing. I can usually get the gist of French (if it’s not spoken too quickly). Anyway, it’s on my Save list, so as soon as it comes to DVD, it’ll go to the top of my list.
