Where do you stand and why? Me? 1st Amendment says they can build what they want, where they want. End of story; no debate.

  1. Christians, Jews, and Muslims are worshiping the same damn god, but fighting over different versions of it. These protesters are ignorant scared little people. Build it already. And build something on the crash site already, fercrissakes.

    1. Word. That is exactly what I always told my very superstitious Orthodox relatives in Romania, when they would insist that people involved in tragedies probably belonged to another religion than them. It didn’t work but I knew I was right. Like I know this is not a rare conclusion or anything but your first sentence is how I said it, word for word.

  2. I love me some Ron Paul. He is the number one republican American who seems to truly believe in the constitution and be consistent in his commitment to these fundamental beliefs. He also embodies that romantic idea of a republican who believes the government should interfere as little as possible, that many other republicans only pretend to be while really following personal agendas. I could rave about Ron for hours so I’ll stop now.

    I wish we had a 1st Amendment.
