Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has unleashed a November rain of litigation against Activision, filing a $20 million lawsuit against the publisher for allegedly associating Guns N’ Roses’ music (specifically, “Welcome to the Jungle”) with former GnR guitarist Slash and his new band Velvet Revolver in 2007’s Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock.
Please note that GH3 came out in 2007, so he’s incredibly late to this. Doesn’t he have a whole team of lawyers to keep an eye open for these things? why did it take 3 years to get around to filing a lawsuit?

seeing as how he was late to every concert he actually decided to play, this is right on time for Axl. I wonder if he’ll leave court 1/2 way through the first court date and cancel the rest of the trial.
sounds like you’re a little bitter?
Sounds like Axl needs to put a cork in his bitch-ina.
