This is a horrible article and I’m only posting it here to say that the author of it should be shamed. Shamed! Having an inbox overflowing with 90,000 emails is an indication of a broken process somewhere, not an indication that email itself is broken. Learning how to sort your messages and how to properly manage spam is how you get to inbox zero.
